Probably something about how SPECTRE would never bother with something as small time as controlling the water supply of Bolivia. If it is option two or three, we wouldn’t discount Oberhauser to make a joke at Quantum’s expense. There’s a lot of potential for great drama here, especially with Bond facing guilt and consequences for getting his revenge (and doing what he thought was the right thing) and handing the world to SPECTRE on a silver plate in the process. The third possibility is that SPECTRE was a competitor of Quantum, and with the latter syndicate out of the way SPECTRE flourished into something beastly. The second conclusion is that Quantum was never really that big of a deal, instead being a small branch of the greater SPECTRE infrastructure. The first is that SPECTRE is an offshoot of Quantum that rose from the ashes of that organization’s destruction.

Well, we don’t know for certain, but there are a fair amount of clues in both trailers presented thus far. The Syndicate is the autocratic superpower of the criminal world. And thus Skyfall became a fairly stand-alone story. In fact, there was an alternate ending for Quantum of Solace they never used that was going to set up another sequel involving more Quantum, but they decided not to use it. So, plans to continue the Quantum storyline were dropped. It received lukewarm critical response and generally unfavorable responses from moviegoers.

Unfortunately, the 2007 – 2008 writer’s strike forced the producers to shoot the movie off a first draft, leading to the film not having the best script. Well, Quantum of Solace is kind of the black sheep of the Craig films. A new trailer was released today, for which we have done a rather detailed analysis. So, of course, they made a movie about them. As of 2013, however, the IP of SPECTRE and Blofeld are not back in the hands of the current Bond producers. Unfortunately, at the time they weren’t able to use the classic Bond syndicate due to a rights despite that has gone back decades. However, there's been no official word from Respawn regarding Season 13 yet.It’s fairly obvious when watching Quantum of Solace that the filmmakers desperately wanted the Quantum organization to be the new SPECTRE. Based on a giant apparent Apex Legends leak, Newcastle is likely the playable character to be added during the new season-I'm convinced Newcastle is actually Bangalore's brother, Jackson Williams, as Newcastle was teased during Control when the mode returned for a limited time. It's looking like Apex Legends Season 13 is kicking off in early May.

So Spectres may have gotten a bit of an upgrade in the years since Titanfall 2. In the latter, they were shown to be far more aggressive and advanced in combat ability than what's seen in the Titanfall games.
So far, we've only seen Spectres in Apex Legends via cinematic trailers-first in the launch trailer for Season 5: Fortune's Favor and then again in Stories from the Outlands: Fight Night.
If Spectres are coming to Apex Legends in Season 13, it's possible that Respawn will design them in a way where they can be recruited to accompany your squad, giving you a leg up when fighting other teams. Their history as hackable soldiers does pose an interesting possibility though. Storm Point is the most heavily PvE-focused map in Apex Legends-it features both Prowlers and Spiders throughout-so seeing Spectres join the fray isn't an outlandish idea. However, they are slow, making them easy to flank-they can also be hacked to fight alongside you. More powerful than Grunts, Spectres can prove dangerous when in large numbers and tackled head-on.
